South Mountain Crocheters

The South Mountain Crocheters are an affiliated chapter of the CGOA.  We are based out of Frederick, MD and welcome any and all crochet enthusiasts!  If you are interested in learning crochet or have been doing it for years, I encourage you to join us for one of our meetings.  You do not have to be a member of CGOA to come and crochet with us!  But if you are interested you can find out more information about the CGOA on their website:  http://www.crochet.org/.

The South Mountain Crocheters meet on the second and last Tuesday of each month at the Wegman's Grocery Store in Frederick, MD.  If you need driving directions there is a map on our "Where we meet" page.

My hope is that our chapter will be a place where we can laugh and learn with each other.  We will also work towards charity projects to benefit local organizations.  Some of our activities will also include CALs (crochet-a-longs), charity blankets, shawls, hats and other projects, classes, and yarn crawls. 

Feel free to bring any project you are working on.  If you have questions or need help, we have members who have been crocheting for years and will be able to help you.
