Hello everyone!
Sorry to be late to adding this blog entry. First I want to say thank you so much to all of the new folks who showed up for our March meeting. We were out-numbered by new comers. An impromptu class on a granny square broke out during the meeting and we had an absolute ball. I hope we have many returning for April's meeting (which will be tomorrow by the way).
A special thank you to Sandy Gold who allowed me to borrow her completed afghan to photograph. I used one of my pictures to create the new header for our blog. I think it gives us a fresh new look and I love the colors of the blanket against the spring flowers.
Also special thank you to those who volunteered at our last meeting to help make
hats. This summer we will be hosting a hat drive and these volunteers are
making samples of the hat patterns so you can see the finished products.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone for our April meeting!
